Formed in 2003, Loyalty Consulting UK specialises in the provision of professional loyalty related consulting services. The practice was formed and is headed by Mark Bergdahl who has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience within Financial Services organisations around the world implementing customer facing systems and processes.
At Loyalty Consulting UK, Mark has built a team of consultants positioning the company to be able to address the broadest range of services, from strategy through to operations, specifically focussed on loyalty requirements within the Financial Services industry.
Unlike a number of consulting practices, we also focus our talent on helping our customer to realise the benefits that we are confident will flow from our recommendations. We are proud of the fact that many customers retain our services to help them develop the loyalty strategy long after any systems or organisational implementation, proof that we live with our recommendations and achieve true ‘trusted advisor’ status.
