Loyalty Assessment
Is customer loyalty something that you should invest in specifically through a marketing programme? There are many examples of loyalty programmes outside of Financial Services that are very successful such as Tesco Clubcard, British Airways' BA Miles and Hilton Honors. However, there are also many that fail to deliver any true loyalty to the operator of the scheme or value to the customer.
