Best Achievement in Customer Service

Mark Bergdahl officiated on the judging panel for the 2018 Card and Payments Awards. At the Gala Dinner held on 1st February 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Mark presented the award for Best Achievement in Customer Services, awarded to Capital One for their amazing work in empowering their service teams to ‘get it right first time’. Mark said, “Yet again the awards attracted a very high quality of entrants making our job more challenging. The Cards and Payments organisation goes from strength to strength helping the industry to recognise and celebrate excellence.”
